CHECKED IN AND WAS MISQUOTED ON PRICE, AND TWO ROOMS AND THEY ONLY HAD ONE. REQUESTED ADJOINING ROOMS.

WE BOTH HAD ADJOINING ROOMS TO OTHER PEOPLE! SO SIMPLE TO AT BEGINNING OF YOUR SHIFT TO PREASSIGN ROOMS. ESPCIALLY WITH ELDERLY HANDICAP PERSON.WHEN I WENT BACK TO DESK, SOPHIA LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND PROCEEDED TO TAKE 2 PHONE CALLS MAKING ME WAIT 10 MINTUES. VERY RUDE!

SOPHIA WAS NOT HELPFUL AND QUOTED "MY GENERAL MANAGER IS ON VACATION AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO". THE HOT BREAKFAST IN THE MORINING, COLD EGGS AND SAUSAGE! BUT THE WORST PART WAS THAT MY ELDERLY MOTHER WAS BITEN BY BED BUGS THERE!!!

INFORM STAFF AND THEY PROMISED A PHONE CALL FROM GENERAL MANAGER AKASH CHAUDHARI. NEVER HAPPENED.
